Help & Troubleshooting Guide

Find quick answers and solutions to common questions and technical issues.

1. My JPG Images Are Not Uploading

If you encounter difficulties selecting or dropping files into the converter workspace:

  • Check File Formats: Ensure your files have the .jpg or .jpeg extension and are valid image files. Other formats like WebP or PNG should be saved as JPG before converting.
  • Browser Permissions: Ensure your mobile browser or desktop operating system hasn't restricted file access permissions.
  • Corrupted Files: If a specific file won't load, verify that the image opens normally in your native photo viewer.

2. The Converted PDF Isn't Downloading

If you click "Download PDF" and nothing happens:

  • Pop-up / Download Blockers: Some mobile browsers or aggressive browser extensions block programmatic downloads. Look for a small download prompt in your URL address bar and tap "Allow".
  • Storage Space: Check if your smartphone or computer has sufficient storage space available in the Downloads folder.

3. Handling Very Large Images & High File Counts

Because all processing happens in your device’s memory:

  • Converting very large batches (e.g. 50+ high-resolution camera photos at 24 megapixels each) may consume substantial RAM.
  • Tip: If your browser crashes or slows down, try converting in batches of 15–20 images, or select "Medium Quality" in the settings to reduce memory pressure.

4. Fixing Image Rotation

If camera photos are appearing sideways or upside-down due to missing EXIF orientation tags:

  • Look at each card thumbnail in the workspace.
  • Click the round Rotate button (with circular arrow) on the specific card to turn it 90 degrees until it is upright.
  • You can also click "Rotate All" on the workspace bar to rotate all uploaded photos simultaneously.

5. Page Size and Margin Customization

You can configure the output to meet official document specifications:

  • A4: International standard for documents, applications, and letters.
  • Letter: North American standard (8.5 × 11 inches).
  • Original: Keeps each page sized exactly to the pixel aspect ratio of the underlying photograph.
  • Custom Margins: Select "Small (5 mm)" or "Medium (12 mm)" for formal printable margins, or "None" for edge-to-edge images.
